Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Swanky Tools™ Booking (“the Service”), operated by Swanky Tools™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Swanky Tools™ Booking is a white-label booking and payments platform that enables coaches, consultants, tutors, and creators (“Coaches”) to create branded booking pages, manage services and availability, accept paid bookings, sell digital products, and offer packages.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Coach Responsibilities
Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their service descriptions, pricing, availability, and the delivery of services and digital products to their clients. Coaches must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
5. Payments
Payments for bookings and products are processed through Razorpay. Funds are deposited directly into the Coach’s Razorpay account. Swanky Tools™ does not hold client funds. Platform subscription fees (Pro and Business plans) are non-refundable except as described in Section 7.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds for bookings and digital products are handled directly between the Coach and their client. Swanky Tools™ is not responsible for refunds on Coach transactions. For platform subscription fees, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase. Contact hello@swankytools.com with your order details.
7. Digital Products
Coaches may upload and sell digital products through the platform. Coaches retain full ownership of their content. Swanky Tools™ provides secure delivery infrastructure but does not claim ownership of Coach content.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with the Service’s operation or other users’ access
9. Limitation of Liability
Swanky Tools™ provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@swankytools.com. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
