1. Introduction
Swanky Tools™ (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Swanky Tools™ Booking (the “Service”), accessible at https://booking.swankytools.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights in relation to it. It applies to coaches, freelancers, consultants, and their clients who use our platform globally.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited and features used (for improving the product)

13. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect.
