When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (hashed). Coaches also provide business name, timezone, and branding preferences.

Booking Information

When clients make bookings, we collect their name, email address, booking details, and payment information (processed by Razorpay).

Usage Data

We may collect basic usage data such as page views and feature usage to improve the Service. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Service
To process bookings and payments
To send booking confirmations, reminders, and calendar invites
To deliver digital products securely
To communicate service updates and support
To prevent fraud and abuse

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Razorpay — for payment processing
Supabase — for database hosting and authentication
Email providers — for sending transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders)

Coaches can see the name and email of clients who book their services, as necessary to fulfill the booking.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, Row Level Security on our database, and time-limited secure links for digital product delivery. Access tokens for digital products are hashed before storage.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days. Booking records may be retained longer for legal and accounting purposes.
