All coaching and professional services offered through the platform are provided solely by independent Coaches who have registered accounts. We are not responsible for, and expressly disclaim all liability related to, the quality, accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any service delivered by a Coach through this platform.

2. No Endorsement of Coaches

Swanky Tools™ does not verify, certify, endorse, or recommend any Coach on the platform. We do not verify the qualifications, credentials, licences, experience, or claims made by Coaches. The presence of a Coach’s profile or booking page on this platform does not constitute our endorsement of that individual or their services.

Clients are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any Coach — including verifying credentials, reviewing qualifications, and assessing suitability. We strongly recommend you ask Coaches about their qualifications, experience, and approach before making any purchase.
