Cancellations & Refunds

1. Overview
Swanky Tools™ Booking is a platform that connects coaches, consultants, tutors, and creators (“Coaches”) with their clients. This policy covers cancellations and refunds for both platform subscriptions and Coach services/products.
2. Booking Cancellations
Each Coach sets their own cancellation policy for their services. When booking a session, clients should review the Coach’s cancellation terms, which may include:
- Whether cancellations are allowed
- A cutoff period before the session (e.g., 24 hours in advance)
- Maximum number of reschedules permitted
Clients can manage their bookings (cancel or reschedule) using the booking management link sent in their confirmation email. Cancellations made within the Coach’s allowed window will be processed immediately.
3. Refunds for Bookings
Payments for bookings are processed through Razorpay and deposited directly into the Coach’s account. Swanky Tools™ does not hold or process client booking payments.
Refunds for cancelled bookings are handled directly between the Coach and the client. If you need a refund for a booking, please contact the Coach directly. Swanky Tools™ is not responsible for issuing refunds on Coach transactions.
4. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable files, resources, etc.), all sales of digital products are generally considered final. Refund eligibility for digital products is determined by the individual Coach.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased digital product, please contact the Coach first. If the issue persists, you may reach out to us via our contact page for assistance.
5. Packages
Package purchases (bundles of sessions or products) follow the same refund policy as individual bookings and digital products. Partially used packages are not eligible for pro-rated refunds unless the Coach explicitly offers this.
6. Platform Subscriptions
Swanky Tools™ Booking offers paid subscription plans (Pro and Business) for Coaches. Regarding subscription cancellations and refunds:
- Monthly plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days.
- Refund requests: Refund requests for platform subscriptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis if made within 48 hours of purchase. Reach out via our contact page with your order details.
- After 48 hours: Subscription payments beyond the 48-hour window are non-refundable.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- For bookings or digital products: Contact the Coach directly through the communication details provided in your booking confirmation.
- For platform subscriptions: Reach out via our contact page with your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 3–5 business days.
8. Razorpay Payment Processing
All payments on Swanky Tools™ Booking are processed securely through Razorpay. Once a refund is approved and initiated, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you are unable to resolve a payment dispute with the Coach, you may raise a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We encourage clients and Coaches to resolve disputes amicably before initiating a chargeback.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellations & Refunds policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
